920 owners...How did your 8.1 upgrade go?

Took nearly two hours to install on my device, but it's running extremely smoothly now, and looks great with the extra column of tiles. Loving Cortana, and all the major app updates, like to Bing maps and the camera. Love it!

Amazingly well and got Data Sense on ATT as well without any ROM Changes.

AWESOME!! That's what I was coming in here to ask! I flashed mine to the dev rom to get data sense. I didn't want to flash my wife's phone if I didn't need to! I'll just do the dev preview to get data sense on it now!
