925 has no sound at all...

I have a little problem with my 925. I brought it brand new 3 weeks ago thru the ShopHQ deal and it was working great until yesterday. I can't hear anything from the headset when someone call me or me calling them or voicemail but yet if I put on speaker phone it works. Music/movie apps do not play any sound through speaker anymore. It don't make any sound even if you have every the setting every button is clicked.
I can use the mic and earpiece to talk on the phone

Alarms still works thru speaker though.

I tried soft reset and hard reset..nothing works...Software is most current.

Should I request for a replacement?

Nokia for sure if they have a repair center near you. I always hate shipping flaky electronics because sometimes they are working again when they get them and may want to charge for shipping to and back. LoL

I got my phone two days ago. Yesterday the sound completely died when I turned the sound down to '0'. Once down, it won't turn back up. Both the earpiece and speaker are silent so the phone is useless. Any suggestions?
