I have both and while I'm perhaps a bit biased, lol, the Z10 is a snooze fest. The hardware is not bad, it's just not extraordinary. The Lumia 925 though is probably the best looking Lumia yet--I use it as my daily device.
Z10 (and BB10) though really lack on the app front and the camera is way better on the NL925. It's also cheaper.
Things that are better on the NL925:
I will say the Z10 is very ergonomic (skinny, easy to hold), call quality is great and if you need BBM, there you go. It also has HDMI out (never use it myself) and microSD expansion. But I got bored with the Z10 very quickly. Same with the Q10, which I own as well.

- Longer battery life
- Better display (ClearBlack, larger)
- Wi-Fi calling (if on T-Mobile US)
- Glance for clock
- Better apps
- Optional wireless charging
- Easier to power on (Z10 is odd unless you use the swipe up thing)

That's for all Z10s on the network as I bought mine unlocked. I can see the boring part for some, the 925 is pretty. My Z10 is just so productive and spot on when it comes to communication. I have the same apps on both so, that's never been an issue for me. Like I said earlier, Z10 is my workhorse, 925 is my weekend show off toy.
