930 and update 1 bugs

Last night I decided to reset my 930 as since updating to update 1 when I go from an app and press the windows key the start screen flashes up but with a stutter/skip. Reset my 930 but i then as to sign in and it tells me that I have no connection even though I had just tuned in the WiFi. I reset about 5 times and still the same each time so was unable to use any back up, then to my surprise I still have the stutter from the start screen. Has anyone else encountered these problems please or have any in site as to what it maybe?

Ok so it would seem that cortana pinned to my start screen is the cause of the stutter
