950 freeze-out

I bought 2 lumia 950's for my son and I , 3 weeks ago. Mine is great. His is freezing constantly. In the middle of texting, or browsing it locks up. Anyone else having this issue and a solution?

I started a thread about this as well. does he have an SD card? Do you? There seems to be a theory about the relationship between an SD card and freezing.

Check for the new update that came out yesterday. There are a bunch of bug fixes in it.
