950 Only Rotates When in Camera

So, my phone (Lumia 950, OS 10.0.10586.29) stopped rotating *except* when I'm taking pictures/videos in the camera app. Since that still works, we can rule out a hardware issue. For example, if I go to look at a photo I took landscape and rotate my phone, the picture doesn't rotate. If I go to play a video I took in landscape and rotate my phone, it doesn't flip. Same with the browser. Anyone seen this before or have a good guess? It's like rotation has been disabled for apps (except for the camera, where it would have to remain enabled), but I can't find that setting any where.

I'm an *****. There is a screen rotation lock toggle in the notification menu (swipe down from the top of the phone). Must have unintentionally hit it a few weeks ago.
