what have you tried so far? have you done soft reset manually remove and reinsert the sim? if none of this basis troubleshooting steps work and still your device fails to catch the network take it to your vendor or to an authorized service center for an inspection.
Thank you. I have tried: soft reset, hard reset, removed and reinserted the sim, changed SIM 1 with SIM 2. The device continues to fail to catch the network. Thank you.
