950XL issues

Just got one. I like the speed and the camera.
What I don't like is the inability to tether on att.
Only fix reported is to somehow modify the registry on
the phone which is unacceptable. Also, just discovered a
nick on the screen. This is supposed to be gg4 and it scratches that easily?
I'm coming from a 920 then a 1520.

gorilla glass can save your screen from major scratches and falls but minor nicks will still happen( GRAINS OF SAND). best thing is to put on a screen guard ;D

I tried for ages with my 950XL on GoPhone, and couldn't get it to work. I got as far as getting a message on my laptop in Edge stating something like "You are trying to tether but your plan doesn't support it". The plan did support it, but ATT wouldn't let me tether anyway. If you figure it out let me know!

At the time I got the 950 XL I obtained a new AT&T SIM since my 1020 uses a different size. The SIM was provisioned by AT&T when the phone was first turned on. I wonder if some issues are due to reusing SIMs from different phone models.
