950xl performance

Hi all. I don't know if it is just me, but does anyone else feel the xl, or even the 950, aren't being utilized to their full potential? For a device with massive potential, mine just 'feels' under used. When you look at the specs, it makes you wonder. Big ram, huge processing power, for a phone anyways, and yet it doesn't feel as if w10 is getting the best out of them. I guess there is the battery to consider, as we all know, hammer the phone, hammer the battery, but .164 doesn't seem to run any quicker than my 640xl or my old 930.

Do you feel that the Redstone branch will see these well spec'd devices put on high octane fuel? At the moment, they just seem to be plodding along, and I am a little disappointed. I love the phone to bits, but it seems to be on idle/ tick over rather than having the taps open. It's like me riding my zzr1200 at road legal speeds, when it's happier on an autobahn at full tilt.

What do you guys and girls think?? Are they throttled back due to heat issues, as in the liquid cooling doesn't work as hoped for? Is it the OS? Are the devices nailed together poorly? Is it over spec'd for the OS? And will the Redstone branch unleash the beast?

I have been talking about this since day one, yes it feels like it is not optimized well and does not use all the juice it has, other phones that have the same specs, same processors, and even some has only 2GB instead of 3GB of RAM and yet it is way faster.
I think yet W10M not well optimized, and for 950/950XL better firmware is needed.

as a heavy user of continuum, I found the processing power of 950xl is just barely enough, not so amazing, sometimes even insufficient....
