Can anybody make a 9chat app?

There is a 9GAG app on the store but no 9chat.Their source code must be in the open so that some third party can build it.Looks they wont come to windows phone anytime soon.:unhappy:

They made a very crappy 9gag app last year, so I won't get my hopes up..
