A few more Apps need to be installed screen seems stuck.

I am reverting my boyfriends Lumia 520 back to WP8.1 and I have this screen stuck for the last hour and 20 mins. I am no novice in tech so I am just a little bit concerned.

let it be for a couple of more hours while charging
if no difference, try a soft reset

Hi Chintan my friend i left it a while and I just did a soft reset (Vol down + Power till vibrate boot) and I just "continued installing apps" and left it about 10 mins and they all installed flawlessly.
