A hard drop with incipio case!

I've been pretty good about not dropping my phone, but yesterday it hit the ground HARD! The surface was concrete and the skin case took most of the impact but the corner of the polycarbonate case still broke open behind the skin. The screen is intact but I noticed that I had no data connection after the drop. I shook the phone near my head to see if I could hear any loose pieces and wasn't sure if I was hearing the buttons moving around or other hardware. The data came back after shaking the phone but the phone wont jump up to LTE. If the only thing I lost from this nasty fall was LTE connectivity I guess I cant cry too much lol.

Well, you could probably crack it open and see what's loose, I remember seeing a 920 teardown and the antennas are put onto the shell and use contacts to connect to the rest of the phone. I imagine the 928 wont be much different.

Also the rattling might be OIS.

Take it out the case if you haven't and look carefully also at the seam between front and back -- I have seen that pop loose before.
