A little help here!

Well, after sitting on the fence for almost 8 months, I made the jump today.

You may have seen this pic posted up in a few threads here and elsewhere

I bought my first WP! I decided with WP8 coming down the pike so soon that I'd just get a nice 710 in white (maybe first one sold in Canada ?). It'll become the wife's phone when WP8 finally hits.

So I want to get it set up right, right from the get go.

I'm so used to Active Sync in WM, I know I'm going to have a bit of a learning curve setting up the 710.

I already set up my co-worker's 710, but with his everything get's synced through his Windows Live account.

I use Outlook, and see a few comments here and there about using Exchange Server. I've never explored that before. Would setting up Outlook as an "Exchange Server" give me back some of the syncing functionality I had with Active Sync?

If "yes", how do I go about doing that? Online tutorials you might suggest?

BTW - I'm still using Outlook '07, I'm trying to hold out until Win8 and the new Office come up.

Setting up outlook on windows phone is easy, just add an outlook account there and the rest is automatic. If you need more info here's a guide on adding multiple accounts on windows phone.

BTW - My White Lumia 710 came out of the box with 8773.12120 so internet sharing is already on board!
