A possible issue?

Okay, the phone has been running like a champ since I bought it a few months back. Right up to last Friday. Since then there is a noticification on my tile stating that I have a missed call and a voicemail message. Of course, when I got to check there isn't any new voicemail message. Anyone know what could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I've tried rebooting the device on several ocassions.

Have you tried having someone call you and leave a voicemail. See if the tile updates to 2 then try clearing the notifications.
