A question for those who have heat issues

My phone gets hot and some times very hot (overheating) with normal usage such surfing with 3g or during calls...generally this problem is on the back on the phone above the camera lens as i read...in my case i have the same problem(above the camera lens) BUT becomes hot and the top of the screen in front and when i call someone and before i have use internet the screen in the top is hot as a bad result for my ear!! Does anyone have the same problem?
