Surface Pro screen / battery bulge

Back in 2018, My SP4 battery would get hot and bulged warping the screen. I sent it back and they sent me a refurbished one. Now, the refurbished one has the same issue and the warped / bulging screen is delaminating from the housing. It is out of warranty and Microsoft no longer supports it. Do the new Surface Pros (SP7 or SP 8) have the same battery screen bulge issue? I don't want to update to a new Surface Pro if the problem still exists.

Refurbished is not the solution try to locate original... Try to search check after market...

No, I don't want refurbished. I want a new SP7 or SP8, but only if they don't still have the bulge problem.

FWIW, I'm still using a SP2 with its cool, no-longer-available purple keyboard, and that has never had the heat and bulge problems you are reporting for your SPs. The chances of you finding the answer you're seeking here are slim. I'm shopping for a new SP, and I have not heard of your problem elsewhere, so it must be quite rare. Good luck deciding.
