Was working great for years now the key board keeps loosing connection and switching to tablet mode. I have to restart our disconnect the key board a couple of times to get the mouse pointer back. Other wise it's a great machine. I have ordered a new keyboard from Microsoft which is taking forever. I have done most troubleshooting like drives updates reset etc.
Anybody face similar issue and how they dealt with it
