A quick, but slightly silly question

I didn't have any luck in searching the forums for this answer: I recently picked up a cricket lumia 1320 and am curious as to whether or not the device is unlocked? My guess is no~ but I figured I'd ask. I'm looking for a secondary work-only phone/account and see this as an opportunity to try out the GSM arena more. :)

Not a silly question at all. It does say Cricket on the back, yes?

Since it gets AT&T LTE it must be the RM-995 Nokia Lumia 1320 - Full phone specifications

It most likely is actually locked to AT&T but should be able to use a SIM from any AT&T airtime reseller (like Cricket) without an unlock. Other resellers of AT&T include GoPhone, Net 10 and (with the right SIM) Straight Talk. You could talk to Cricket about an unlock code...

Thanks for the feedback. One more question. My Cricket-branded 1320 shows model number as rm995.1 Am I correct to assume the rm 995 will also function on Tmobile LTE bands? (Not that I will switch.... this is primarily a work phone and att/Verizon have better coverage at my office).
