A surprise! Only for Surface Pro users? Scared the crap outta me!

I almost threw my SP3 across the room. After installing the new build 10166 and logging on the first time, a male voice started speaking. "Getting your PC ready. This might take a few minutes. Don't turn off your PC." It did the same thing the other day when I installed 10162 but I had forgotten.

I have not heard this on any other machine but the Surface Pro 3. I wonder why that is.

I have a SP3 and mine didn't talk to me. Running 10166 on it in fact as I type this. Do you have that Easy of Navigation or whatever turned on that reads text to you?
