Let's get rich. Good idea!

Well, I don't know.

Sometimes that "analyst" stuff (from any company, not just Forrester) seems to me to be on a level of conversations like the following:

"Ok, our company isn't doing well. Any idea?"
"Let's make sure our current customers stay with us." (Symbian)
"Right, good start."
"And then we steal customers from competitors for growth" (Blackberry)
"Perfect! Let's do so. We will all get rich."

Wow! Aren't we all glad that somebody had the right ideas just before things really turned ugly...

Never mind about how to turn these ideas into reality.

As I personally sometimes quip, I have the idea to achieve total world domination. Good idea, isn't it?

Yeah, the problem is that WP doesn't have the kind of features that make businesses choose BB in the first place. It's not that simple.
