Hi WC staff here's a problem that is driving me crazy. I spend a lot of time in the AaQ section. After I try my best to offer a solution to a guest's question, I usually invite them to join the forum. My thinking is to get more guest to registered on the forum. Here's the problem. The guest registers on the forum and then they ask the same question; and then it shows up as a duplicate. I have reported a lot of them, and some times they get combined; then the guest, now a new member gets scolded for double posting.
This needs to be addressed and corrected IMHO. The sooner the better!:wink:
I'm not a fan of the way AaQ works. It seems to be a quick answer option where a guest doesn't have to register, but also causes duplicate threads when they do register. I have decided to stop inviting all guest to join the forum, until this is addressed.
