Access Accounts after Hard reset

I have the GDR3 update (dev edition)
Today, I did a hard reset and when trying to setup my accounts under settings>system>email+accounts, it says "Loading... Resuming... and then back to the system settings screen when I touch the email+accounts setting.

Any ideas?

Update: had to multiple hard resets but all is well... Very weird!

oh, another victim.

I've had this problem twice and only a clean restore of a GDR2 rom sorted this out.

I hard reset my phone about 5 times and it is finally working correctly. With the exception of ChatOn and facebook chat, messages are severely delayed.
