Access Onedrive via SFTP?

I have a vendor that is wanting to send me files and I need to be able to send files back to them. They say they must use SFTP to connect to a SFTP host that I am responsible for. I was wondering if there is a way to setup a Onedrive folder that we can access via SFTP?

I'm pretty sure the answer is "no". SFTP is a specific protocol with strict standards and OneDrive is simply not designed to comply. There are tools like this that claim to be easy ways to automate transfers between OneDrive and FTP/SFTP servers but it still requires a separate server.
