Accessing music on SD card (Lumia 625)

Bought a Lumia 625 today. Inserted my SD card from my old phone which had loads of music (MP3) songs on it. How on earth do I play them?? Can't seem to access the songs directly and when I go into the Music app it says I have 0 songs! What do I need to do to access the songs on my SD card?

I had to go into the Xbox Music app and let it FIND the songs first. It should do an "Updating" at the top of the app. This may take SEVERAL minutes, I've heard it taking up to 1-2 hours for some people depending on the amount of songs.
