Acer Laptop Insider build

I bought an Acer laptop on Ebay and just got it today. I set it up with my account and when it finally loaded up, it has this "Evaluation copy. Build 18999.vb_release.191004-1432" thing in the bottom right corner. I never opted into the insider program at all so idk why its like that. I also made new account after I reset the laptop just to double check and its still there. How do I go to the regular version of Windows 10? I don't want to have to send this back, but it seems like I might have to. It's an Acer A515-54-51DJ

Is the laptop new or used or refurbished? It sounds like the last person who used it was on the Insider program, hence the build you have. Try contacting Acer for steps on how to factory restore your specific laptop. This should use the recovery partition which should hopefully not be touched, meaning that, if you restore it then you should get the proper official Windows 10 build that Acer provided, not the Insider version.
