Action centre bug in anniversary update

There is lines in action centre when pulling down action centre in apps

I Don't see that in my action centre on my PC or tablet. It may be an issue with you Windows 10 install. Clean your PC and update drivers to see if the issue is resolved.

I have the same bug on my 650. Lines keep on appearing and moving randomly. Also sometimes the battery, network and all disappear.
