Actionable notification

What happened to that actionable notification feature that was rumored to come with windows phone 8.1...it seemed like a nice feature to have, so am surprised that it didn't make it to the released version.

That's all I know too. That was one feature that would've helped set the OS apart.

Especially now that actionable notifications are in iOS AND Android. Siiiiggghhh.
