Activate cortana outside of US

Hi, I have Windows 10 final on my Surface pro 3 and I want to activate cortana but I'm outside of the US.
Already changed every thing to English (United States) but I'm still unable... I even removed all other languages but cortana still says "not available on your region"
Any Ideas?

If it follows Windows Mobile you need to have consistent Region/Language/Speech settings. All 3 or no dice.

It's supposed to be available in the UK but lots of us here did not get it

Try removing the US language if you have both UK and US added. This worked for me.

I've tried with only the US language, but I will now try to remove the US language and switch to the UK one

UPDATE:
Don't ask me why. In US did not work but in UK did... :\

Now I can't use it due to company policy --' Anyone knows how to fix this?

Scince I formated the Surface recently I'm performing a clean install. Let's see what I get now
