ActivSync

Hello everyone! My new Red Lumia 920 will be in tomorrow and I am currently using the Iphone 4s. I really cant wait to get the phone and give it a try but the one thing I have not seen anyone talk about was activsync. I asked our corporate IT guys about my Outlook email and they said I would use something called activsync. My calender and email works really well with IOS but has anyone dealt with this protocol on WP8 or previous versions?

I imagine it would work just as well in Windows 8 as it did in iOS; though I don't think contact folders work if you use them.

Contacts sync fine. WP8 does not support all the Activesync polices, for my environment it works fine but I have a friend that cannot get it to work at his company (his iPhone worked fine before he switched to WP8)
