Add a folder to Photos App on Windows 10 Mobile

I have a folder full of pictures that I would like to add on the Photos App. I want that folder to show up alongside "Camera Roll", "Screenshots", etc. I have already tried copying that folder to the Pictures folder (which contains the above mentioned folders) on my OneDrive and nothing happened.

Is there a way to just add this folder to my "library" and for its contents to start syncing like a Picture folder? I would prefer this instead of manually copying the folder to my phone and hoping it syncs.

Where is this said folder? If its on your PC, just connect your phone to your PC and copy and paste that folder into your picture folder on your phone.
