Addresses no longer opening up map application

For some reason, whenever I click on touch an address on the screen for my Windows, the map application no longer opens up to look up the address!

I really don't understand why, because it was doing it just fine before.

Also, it's not working on my Windows mail on my PC, either.

when I click an address, I get this pop up..

I guess these are messages sent via iPhone or something. Anyone know how to make this work on Windows?
