Admin Problem

Hey
I just got my buddy's laptop. He is not going to use it. So how should I delete his account from the laptop, which is the admin, and sign in with a new account.
New to 8, just switched from 7. Somebody help.

Just create a new admin account,log into that account, then delete his account.

But... personally, I would just do a reset. Microsoft finally realized that people sell off their old stuff and there is a need to reset a system back to factory. So, to do a reset:
Swipe from the right (charms bar), settings, Change PC settings, Update and recovery, Recovery, Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
