Advice needed about what to buy... phone or tab...

Hi guys,

Need to decide about what will be a good buy for me. My budget is Indian Rs.25,000 (approx 410 USD). I am planning to buy either 1320 or Acer Iconia W4 64gb. both are of almost same price here in India. around 23,000.

My main usage will be showing customers how their house will look,
making Bills and Invoices on the move, printing them.
Bit of MS Office
Lots of emails

I am confused between the following:

Is 1320 capable of doing this especially after WP8.1 ?? Is an 8 inch Windows tablet comfortable to use for above work ??

Dell venue 11 pro isnt available in India if i buy it from Dubai its costing me Rs.34,000 (563USD), HP Omni 10 is for around Rs.29,000(480 USD).

I know they are 2 diffrent devices but my budget is fixed. i can only buy one of them... Which one should i buy. I currently use an android phone(I hate it).

What would you buy in this situation?

get the tablet because your needs seems to be more computer based, i'd personally get the tablet

yeahh , the 920 + series will be cheaper (used) in the summer as well
