After 8.1 Cyan update - Blue Screen -> UEFI error 1 -> No boot option

Have you'll see such a mess after 8.1 cayan update;

Blue screen
UEFI error 1
Error: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down.

I tried Nokia Software Recovery tool, but doenst pick it up. Any help ?

So I sent to Nokia Center and got a reply.

This is to inform you that your Nokia Lumia 1520 is ready for collection. However, as earlier informed to you the phone was declared Beyond Economic Repair because the Main IC was found to be faulty.

I wonder, can I pay and get it repaired ? or buy a new one ?

It appears that you have a hardware issue with your device the IC I believe is like the main board and you may have other issues as well and you may have a warranty claim depending on when you bought it!
