if you were using nokia care suite for syncing; try windows phone desktop application.it does the same.
i used nokia care suite last time when i was installing applications on my nokia 6630.

I am seeing the same. this occurs after OTA update, Recovery, and Refurbish processes. Both Fuse and Product Support Tool display Nokia USB Connectivity. Windows Desktop software recognizes hardware properly. Any thoughts? I am using NCS 5.0.0 (2012.45.4)
