After I downloaded Windows 10, my laptop restarts due to an error every few hrs. What do I do?

after I downloaded windows 10, my laptop restarts due to an error every few hrs. what do I do?

It does not say what error, just shuts down and restarts every 2-3 hrs. How do I solve the problem? Should I revert back to windows 8.1?

I'd start with a reset to see if that corrects the error.
