After installing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10080 for phone on my Nokia Lumia 520 is dead

After installing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10080 for phone on my Nokia Lumia 520 it started with normal lock screen but after unlock screen there is black background only battery and signal shows rather than everything else. Please help me.

Looks like you're start screen is empty.
Swipe to the left and go to the app list and see if you can pin some apps to your start screen.

I upgraded my 520 to 10080 and got the now infamous no tile screen. The only solution appears to be a hard reset of the phone. Anyone who intends to update to 10080 should be prepared to lose all their unbacked up data (I was).

See the Microsoft Community board thread dated May 14, 2015 titled "Device is not showing any tiles on Start screen on Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10080" The message thread now up to 29 pages long already so if you're getting the no tile screen, rest assured that you are not alone.

I'd have thought that Microsoft would have at least fixed the installation problem by now though. It's been over a week.
