Actually i was facing virus problem so i reset the phone and scanned card separately. after the reset still i am not able to see the pics and videos taken by camera. any idea y so?

One, WP devices do not get viruses. Two, if you reset your phone and formatted your SD card, your photos and videos are lost.

Unless you had the phone set to automatically back up photos/vids to Onedrive of course.
