After Soft Reset Half of the oem app won't work

I've done soft reset when my lumia get stuck and after the reset some of the app are now wrote like : "@{Microsoft.ms...."
and some won't work (like the battery saver and the calender)
i can't uninstall this apps by trying the guide that published here:"www.windowscentral.com/how-to-uninstall-oem-app-windows-phone "
what can i do to fix it and not do hard reset?

Check the Store for App updates and update all... That will resolve the "code" into titles. Some of the Apps may not resolve as they are no longer offered for download/install.

What OS version are you running?

i remember that was the last update and the name was wrotten in the details but now its not
anyway:
Windows Phone 8.1 update
8.10.14234.375 it is the version of the os.

i can't update all of the not work application because they already "installed" at my phone
