after the last update .540 I can't run some apps, I got the 0x80073cf9 error

After the last update .540 some of my apps like Lufthansa, Browser don't work anymore, I got the error 0x80073cf9. I have a lumia 950, not an insider, I don't have a SD card inside, all the apps are installed on the internal memory (25GB free). The Store says I own the app and gives the choice to press "install" After downloading gives the 0x80073cf9 error. Do you, guys have a solution for this? thanks,
