After updating to windows 10 my computer opens multiple internet windows

i updated the other day to windows 10, the next day i came home from work and opened my laptop and i see a bunch of google chrome windows open. some of the tabs were sites that i had bookmarked but most of them I've never heard of. today i opened my laptop and saw the same thing about 20 seperate pages each with 5-15 tabs a few of the pages looked like some sort of code like you'd see a programmer use. I've ran an antivirus and it found nothing.

Was your cat using your laptop while you were at work? LOL

That's really strange, though. Haven't heard of that being an issue. Somehow I feel it's not Windows 10 related, but it very well could be an issue with an incompatible Chrome add-on. You may want to try to disable Chrome Add-ons one at a time to see if it resolves the issue.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else to try. Perhaps someone else will come along with something further to add.
