After upgrading my 640 xl w10 , Whatsapp and Windows Store are not working anymore, please help!

not a soft reset neither a hard reset did help my whatsapp and store to open, this happened after I update to build so 10.0.14295.1000

I was on 104327, then everything broke on 14328 and couldn't anything and doing soft and hard reset didn't helped either. Like your situation where whatsapp and store wasn't working. So after trying to fix it for 2 days, I had to revert everything back to Windows 8.1 then update it 10.0.14328.1000 in order to get everything to work again.

Wait. I take that back.. Once I restarted the phone. Problem back to square one.

What I can do?

Did you check by removing the memory card if it works?
Try to do a hard reset followed by clean install ( no restore). Those are the points i can think of
