After upgrading to cyan, camera lens cover issue, anabody notice?

Hi everybody who owns a lumia 1020, I upgraded my Lumia 1020 to cyan.
I change the photo setting from 16:9 to 4:3 (in Microsoft camera or Nokia camera), and then close the app.

Reopen the camera app, the camera lens shutter opens twice (open and close immediately, and then reopen)
Anybody same?
And is this normal or a bug?

Hi thats very weird i also just recently update to cyan from black and changing nokia camera or default camera settings to 4 x 3 and upon opening it does give the lens cover a couple of winks sometimes ,, i think the default camera more so and the module moves a little proberly the OIS..
Unsure if its always done this as ive rarely changed it nor observed the lens cover more than a few times.
