After windows10 update problem with Dell Venue 8 Pro 3845

Hello Dear friends,
I have tablet Dell Venue 8 Pro 3845 it was original with windows 8.1 but when I made update to Windows 10 i was OK but I had only 5 GB of free space and so I Delete the 8.1 recovery(it was wrote after 1 month will be deleted ) and than I made reset . But when the installation was finished the touch screen was not working no drivers for the tablet.
I need backup recovery with drivers for my tablet for windows 8.1 or windows10.

When you say that you deleted "the 8.1 recovery" do you mean that you deleted the files with the choice in Settings>System> Storage>This PC>System and reserved? Or that you did something else to actually delete the partition? I also read that the files would be deleted after a month and chose to do so, but am not having any of your problems plus the partition itself is still there (just presumably empty).
