aio/Cricket denies Cyan from 620

That really sucks. I wonder why it isn't available when it is available everywhere else. Cricket will start losing customers if they start behaving this way.

Cricket (aio at the time) denied the Black update. I held out hope that they'd release Cyan for the 620, since the T-Mobile 810 was flagged "Not Available" from the beginning for Cyan. I figured since the 620 was flagged "Under Testing", that it would eventually get it. It is very frustrating, since the hardware is the same, and the software is largely the same as available the world over (they change out the boot splash, add some ringtones, change the 4G indicator, and add visual voicemail settings). It shows a complete lack of respect for their customers.

I've updated mine to the UK country variant ROM. Everything works perfectly, except I lost visual voicemail.
