Ever since the Anniversary Update, I've noticed that alarms aren't sounding when my Surface Pro 4 is asleep. The last time I had this problem, when I first got the PC, I changed the hibernation settings, but they aren't the problem this time. As someone who uses the Alarms and Clock app a lot, I really need a solution.

Not familiar w Surface Pro 4, but, if it was a phone, I'd check ...
Are Quiet Hours (Cortana) on?
Do you have Notifications set correctly for Alarms & Clock after Update (show & sound alarm when phone (tablet) is locked s/b ON)?
Do you have a valid setting for sound on that notification - does the sound exist?

All I could think of, more if I think of it ...
Good Luck

You could also try reinstalling the app. To do this (Since it is not a normal right click to uninstall) open powershell, type:

"Get-AppxPackage *windowsalarms* | Remove-AppxPackage" (Without the quotes)

And press enter. Then re-install it by searching for "Windows Alarms & Clock" In the store, or if you want heres a link to it in the store https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...ws-alarms-clock%2F9wzdncrfj3pr&token=DbLIgfzd

Hope this works!
