Alcatel one touch fierce (win10) turning on and off

Cant get into my phone at all. It comes on and then right before it gets to the home screen it restarts. Tried a factory reset and it didnt work. PLEASE HELP

Remove the Sim card then try to boot without it in the slot.

It's probably the battery connection or battery itself, my L930 does this when it's dead as a door mat. I have to leave it on charge for a few hours to a day or so - depending how long it's been out of charge.
