All contacts were lost from menu tiles - 3 times

Three times last weekend my contacts just disappeared off the front menu. It was frustrating to find them again, and then they disappeared two more times. Here is the video that shows them missing

I only have one contact on my screen but it went missing. Also several of my contacts that I have manually assigned photo's to lost their picture.

This has only happened once.

I have a feeling it's a sync issue with Hotmail but I am not sure.

Never had this issue. HTC Surround.

I had it happen to me once. Looks like Microsoft confirmed it's a bug and they're looking into it.
