All my apps gone suddenly in Windows 10 mobile (lumia 950xl)!

Hi,
All my apps including windows owns were gone suddenly. I had installed them in my Device memory. In tiles it shows blank tiles also in All programs, and when I click on them nothing happens. Just setting app and File explorer is running.
Could someone help me?!

If you can get into settings, perhaps a hard reset is in order.

First- soft reset, then if doens't work, hard reset is the only exit way
