Allow an application to run in background

I'm using an application to start and receive phone calls which is called MiCollab.

Problem is since version 1809 (17763.316) I don't have any notification from that app when it's reduced in the right of the taskbar. (Where clock is).

I've checked everything about notifications, everything's ok.
I'm receiving normally all other notifications (Outlook, WIndows UPDATE and so on...).

I guess it has something to deal with "Background apps", and this one doesn't appear in the list.

Do you have any idea how can I add this application to the "Background apps" list ?

Try adding the program to your startup folder. This will force windows to boot with it on. Maybe that will help to keep it on
